How to Apply

The City uses a "no password" system for a streamlined experience.

Simple Login: Select ‘Apply Now’ on your job of interest and enter your email address. You will receive a prompt to confirm your identity; no password is required.

Profile Creation: Your profile is created automatically as you enter details. This profile is kept up-to-date and used for all future applications.

Returning Applicants: Easily access or update your information by clicking Manage Profile using the same email address.

To ensure your application is processed, please complete all sections thoroughly; the City of Chattanooga cannot retain incomplete submissions for consideration. We recommend detailing your full educational and professional history within your profile and attaching a resume to provide a comprehensive view of your qualifications. Once you submit, keep an eye out for a confirmation email. You can also verify your status at any time by visiting "Manage Profile," where successfully submitted applications will be listed as "Under Consideration."

For Current City Employees

Current employees must apply through the internal system to ensure their internal status is recognized:

Log into your Oracle Dashboard.
Navigate to the Careers and Performance section to update your profile.
Submit applications via the Current Jobs section within Oracle Employee 
Self-Service.
