Firefighter On Leave Without Pay Following Arrest

Upon being notified of the arrest, Fire Chief Chris Adams placed Captain Strickland on leave without pay, and his employment status will remain that way until his case is resolved in court. Captain Strickland has been with the department for 17 years and was assigned to the training division.
