Come learn kombucha brewing with Chattanooga Culture’s founder Matt Cone! In this class, you will learn the basics of bacterial fermentation, what makes “real” kombucha, how to spot fake kombucha, and of course, how to brew your own kombucha at home! From choosing good tea, sugar and maintaining SCOBY health, this class will get your fermentation journey started! Each participant will walk away with a jar of freshly made kombucha to watch ferment at home.
