Wastewater Consent Decree Public Document Repository

Chattanooga agreed with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the State of Tennessee, and the Tennessee Clean Water Network (TCWN) in 2013 to reduce sewer overflows. Deliverables will be posted in the Public Document Repository for public comments. Related documents will also be available at the downtown library.
