The next BOZA Meeting will be held at 10 a.m. in the Development Resource Center (DRC), Conference Room 1A, at 1250 Market Street in downtown Chattanooga. Parking is behind the building and accessible by King Street.
The next application deadline is October 2nd, at 4pm and those submissions will be presented at the November 5th, 2025 BOZA Meeting.
Meeting Dates: Meetings will be held the first Wednesday of the month. Meeting dates and times may change and will be advertised accordingly.
Meeting Community Comments: Send all emailed community comments to ldozoning@chattanooga.gov at least 24 hours prior to the meeting. Any comments received less than 24 hours to the meeting, may not be able to be placed into the presentation and incorporated into the meeting.
