Today, on National 311 Day, we want to take a moment to recognize the
incredible work of our 311 Department here in Chattanooga!
Whether it's repaving streets, clearing a blocked storm drain, picking up
garbage, or making sure our city runs smoothly behind the scenes, the
Public Works team is dedicated to ensuring that Chattanooga stays safe,
clean, and beautiful for all of us.
The 311 service is a direct line for residents to report non-emergency
issues and request services. It’s an invaluable resource for connecting
with the city and making sure we’re all taken care of—no matter how big or
small the request!
Here’s to the hardworking team that keeps our city moving forward and
