In this class, students will use a limited palette of acrylic paints to embellish pre-made backgrounds. These vibrant painted backgrounds, created with various application methods, will become the perfect canvas to explore negative shape painting by defining subjects through subtraction. This playful, process-focused class is suitable for all levels—discover form through color, contrast, and creativity!

All materials provided.

This class is part of the Arts for Older Adults program and is open only to adults aged 60 or older through funding from the Tennesee Arts Commission.
