The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the formulation of the City of Chattanooga's 2026-2027 Program Year Annual Action Plan. This plan outlines how funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) are proposed to be used.
Beginning April 1, 2026, the Draft Action Plan can be viewed on the City’s website https://chattanooga.gov/business/funds-finder/affordable-housing-programs or in person. Citizens wishing to make comments regarding the proposed activities and contents of the Action Plan may do so in writing to Housing and Community Investment Division, City Hall, Suite 200, 101 E. 11th Street, Chattanooga, Tennessee 37402, via email to hci@chattanooga.gov or by contacting the office at (423) 643-7330, Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. All comments must be received by April 30, 2026.
