Join us for a serene and immersive morning in nature! This guided mindfulness hike and forest bathing experience invites you to slow down, awaken your senses, and connect with the natural world.

We will take a mindful walk at the beautiful Wahautchie boulders, pausing to engage in gentle breathing exercises, quiet reflection, and sensory awareness practices. Inspired by the Japanese tradition of Shinrin-yoku, or “forest bathing,” this experience is designed to reduce stress, enhance well-being, and cultivate a profound sense of peace.

Hike is beginner friendly- no prior experience is needed!
