Station 12 is located in the North Chattanooga/Rivermont communities and plays a crucial role in providing fire protection services. Additionally, it offers secondary coverage for downtown Chattanooga, Lupton City, and the Signal Mountain/Mountain Creek areas. The station, which currently houses Engine 12, was rebuilt in 1997 and occupies the same site as the original station that served the area since 1929.
