Delay in Brush and Bulk Trash

Brush and bulk trash collections are currently running approximately three days behind schedule. Our crews are working extended hours to safely complete collections as quickly as possible while maintaining our commitment to serving every neighborhood.

Please note that each street will be serviced only once during this collection cycle. Because brush and bulk trash are collected by separate trucks, you may see one truck collect your brush before the other arrives to collect your bulk trash.

NOTE: Residents may take brush to the Wood Recycle Center and Bulk Trash to one of the three Refuse Centers for disposal.

Our current collection schedule for July is as follows:

- Area 1 (July 6-10) Lookout Valley, St Elmo
- Area 2 ( July 13-17) North Chattanooga & Hixson
- Area 3 (July 20-24) Brainerd & East Chattanooga
- Area 4 (July 27-31) East Brainerd & Highway 58
