Food trailer destroyed by fire

Multiple calls to 911 prompted a commercial fire response on Wilcox
Boulevard early Friday morning. At 5:39 AM on 2/27/26, dispatchers began
receiving reports of a structure engulfed in flames at the corner of Wilcox
and Moss Drive. Firefighters responded and found a roadside food trailer
fully involved. The fire was quickly extinguished. The cause is under
investigation. There were no injuries. Engine 15, Engine 4, Engine 5,
Ladder 5, Ladder 6, Squad 1, Squad 13, Battalion 1, Battalion 2, and CFD
Investigations responded.
