Responsibilities
The DTS Project Management Office (PMO) coordinates, plans, and manages technology projects, overseeing the Technology Services project portfolio while providing general project management and technology-related business analysis for the City.
Our goal is to deliver successful projects that are within scope, schedule, and budget from implementation to closing, while ensuring alignment with the DTS strategic plan and the City of Chattanooga’s mission and vision.
