Chattanooga, TN--The City of Chattanooga, Public Works Department,
announces that the Recycle Collection Centers, Refuse Collection Centers,
Wood Recycle Center, Birchwood Landfill and Household Hazardous Waste
facility will be closing Saturday and Sunday (January 24th and 25th) due to
threat of inclement weather. Facilities are expected to be open for regular
business hours on Monday, January 26, 2026.
