CORRECTION - EMERGENCY CLOSURE OF HICKORY VALLEY ROAD ON WEDNESDAY

EMERGENCY CLOSURE

HICKORY VALLEY ROAD AT NORFOLK SOUTHERN GRADE CROSSING

Norfolk Southern Railroad notified the Chattanooga Public Works Transportation
Division of a track defect on the Hickory Valley Road grade crossing.

This will require the full closure of Hickory Valley to conduct emergency
repairs on the railroad.

The closure is estimated to begin tomorrow morning, Wednesday, October
29th, at an unspecified time in the morning. The work will last until
Thursday, October 30th, in the late afternoon or evening.

Please plan for additional time and an alternative route for both rush
hours on Wednesday and Thursday.
