CPD Obtains Arrest Warrant Related to* the Homicide in the 6600 Block of
Green Road*
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. – The Chattanooga Police Department has obtained
arrest warrants charging 26-year-old Dejuan Rowland with First Degree
Murder in relation to the homicide that occurred in the 6600 block of Green
Road on December 1.
The Chattanooga Police Department and the Smoky Mountain Fugitive Task
Force are asking for assistance from the community as we attempt to locate
Dejuan Rowland.
If you know the whereabouts of Dejuan Rowland, please call the CPD

423-643-5100.
Rowland is considered armed and dangerous.
Rowland is described as:
Sex: Male
Race: Black
Age: 26
Height: 5'7"
Weight: 145-155
Eyes: Brown
Hair: Black

CPD Investigates a Homicide in the 6600 Block of Green Road
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. – The Chattanooga Police Department is investigating a
homicide that occurred in the 6600 block of Green Road.
On December 1, 2024, at 12:05 p.m., Chattanooga Police responded to a
person shot in the 6600 block of Green Road. When the officers arrived on
the scene, they found a 17-year-old male with life-threatening injuries.
Chattanooga Fire and Hamilton County EMS responded to the scene. EMS
transported him to a local hospital where he died.
CPD's Homicide Unit responded to investigate the incident and the Crime
Scene Unit responded to process the crime scene.
The preliminary investigation shows the victim was inside a residence when
he was shot by a suspect that was outside the residence.
Chattanooga Police ask anyone with information regarding this incident to
call the Homicide Tip Line at 423-643-5100.
