NEW TRAFFIC PATTERNS IMPLEMENTED - ALL WAY STOPS INSTALLED

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (May 6, 2026)

Following community feedback and traffic studies that confirmed safety enhancements were needed, the Department of Public Works Transportation Division has converted the following intersections to all-way stops, effective today:

• E 16th Street at Fagan Street 
• W 18th Street at Cowart Street
