CONSTRUCTION ROAD CLOSURES
NORTH TERRACE AND SOUTH TERRACE LANE CLOSURES
Contractors on behalf of TDOT will continue milling and paving North and South Terrace from S Moore Road to S Germantown Road, which will require daily lane closures between 9 AM and 3 PM. No full closures will be required. These lane closures will continue Monday through Friday through mid February.

The right, southbound lane of Market Street beginning at 3rd Street for an estimated 200 feet, will be closed starting Friday, January 16th, through Wednesday, July 15th for construction of the new hotel. The sidewalk will also remain closed for the duration.

The intersection of N Chamberlain Ave and Latta Street will be closed Friday, January 16th, through Thursday, January 22nd for sewer repair and replacement. Detours can be made via Crutchfield Street and Wheeler Ave. The section of Latta Street east of N Chamberlain can still be accessed via Glass Street.

The 2200 block of E 14th Street between S Lyerly Street and S Kelly Street will be closed Monday, January 19th through Thursday, January 22nd for sewer repair and replacement.

The 100 block of W 8th Street between Chestnut Street and Broad Street will be closed Tuesday, January 20th at 7:30 AM for a crane lift, which is expected to last 8 hours, depending on weather conditions.
