The following roads and intersections will be closed every Friday from May
2nd through July 4th, 2025, for Nightfall. Closure times are noted:
3 PM until Midnight

Cherry Street between E MLK Blvd/Georgia Ave and E 8th Street. Access
will be maintained to the parking garage from E 8th Street.
5:30 PM until Midnight*

Riverfront Parkway between Power Alley and Chestnut Street will be closed
Saturday, May 31st, from Noon until 11 PM. Detours will be routed via
Chestnut Street, Power Alley, and Aquarium Way.
All tractor-trailers and vehicles with greater than 2 axles are prohibited
between W Martin Luther King Blvd and E Aquarium Way. Detours will be
posted for these vehicles.
Guatemala vs. El Salvador International Soccer Friendly Match

Finley Stadium will undergo the following road closures and restrictions in
anticipation of large crowds attending the Guatemala vs. El Salvador
International Soccer Friendly Match. These will take place on Saturday, May
31st, from 8 AM until 11:30 PM:
Full Closure:
Chestnut Street between W 17th Street and W 20th Street
W 19th Street between Reggie White Blvd and Chestnut Street
Reggie White Blvd between the Skate Park north entrance and W 19th Street
Restrictions:
All street parking within the closure will be restricted
Westbound right lane of W 20th Street between Broad Street and Reggie White
Blvd
Walnut Street Bridge Festival

River Street will be closed to all through traffic between Coolidge Park
and Renaissance Park for the Walnut Street Bridge Festival. All parking
lots for Renaissance Park will still be accessible from Cherokee Blvd. All
parking lots for Coolidge Park will still be accessible from Tremont
Street. The closure will take place Sunday, June 1st, from 6 AM until 6 PM.
