SPECIAL EVENT ROAD CLOSURES
Honest Charley Private Event
Fort Street between W 13th Street and W 14th Street will be closed on
Thursday, December 4th at 8:00 AM until Saturday, December 6th at 11:59 PM
for a private event:

The following roads will be closed or restricted from Thursday, December
4th at 8:00 AM until Saturday, December 6th at 11:59 PM:
- Reggie White Blvd between the Chattanooga Skate Park north entrance and
W 19th Street - Chestnut Street between W 17th Street and W 19th Street.
- W 19th Street between Reggie White Blvd and Chestnut Street
- Westbound and Eastbound right lanes of W 20th Street between Broad
Street and the HWY 27 bridge.
Street parking will be prohibited on Chestnut Street between W 20th
Street and W Main Street on the dates/times listed above. Vehicles left
within the closure will be towed at the owner's expense.

MainX24 hosts numerous events throughout Chattanooga's Southside, some will
include the following associated road closures on Saturday, December 6th:
- Clumpies Ice Cream: W 14th Street between Williams Street and Market Street
will be closed from 8:00 AM until 10:00 PM. - Chattanooga Fire Fighters Local 820: Station Street between Rossville
Avenue and Market Street will be closed from 10:00 AM until 11:59 PM. - Humanaut Fire Fest: Cowart Street between W Main Street and W 14th Street
will be closed from 8:00 AM until 6:00 PM.

Staging Area - Polk Street between E 23rd Street and E Main Street will be
closed for parade staging between 8:00 AM and Noon (estimated).
Parade - Main Street will begin closing between Polk Street and Broad
Street at 10:00 AM with a parade start time of 10:30 AM.
All intersections of Main Street between Polk Street and Broad Street
will be closed at 10:00 AM except for Central Ave and Market Street. Both
will fully close as the parade approaches and will reopen once the parade
clears.
The following streets will have no access to Main Street between
10:00 AM until the parade clears (estimated Noon):
- Polk Street
- Fagan Street
- Central Ave (will remain open until parade reaches Central)
- Madison Street
- Park Ave
- Jefferson Street
- Adams Street
- Washington Street
- Wilholt Street
- Rossville Ave
- Mitchell Ave
- Market Street (will remain open until parade reaches Market)
- Long Street
- Williams Street
- Cowart Street
All street parking within the closure will be restricted.
Only active parade participants and emergency services will be permitted
to cross, enter, or exit Main Street during the parade.
Parade attendees will disperse once turning onto Broad Street (Cowart
Street is not available for parade attendees to disperse).
Recommended detours for the MainX24 Parade are Broad Street, 23rd
Street, and Holtzclaw Ave.
