WILCOX BLVD TO UNDERGO MILLING AND PAVING
Location: Wilcox Blvd between Shallowford Road and Greenwood Road

Timeline: Work is scheduled to begin on Thursday, December 11th, and
conclude on Friday, December 12th. Saturday, December 13th, is reserved as
a contingency day should weather-related or other delays occur.
Work Hours: The contractor will operate between the hours of 8 AM and 4 PM
daily.
Traffic Management: Two-way traffic will be maintained throughout the
project, utilizing flaggers and/or lane shifting to manage the flow of
vehicles. The center turn lane will be closed to function as an active
travel lane, but no full road closures are anticipated.
Potential Intersection Delays: Motorists may experience delays at the
following intersections that connect with Wilcox Blvd while work is taking
place nearby:
- Shallowford Road
- Talley Road
- Dalewood Drive
- Pin Oak Drive
- Jeanaga Trail
- Dogwood Drive
- Lillian Lane
- Parkway Drive
- Tunnel Blvd
- Moss Street
- Greenwood Road / Mary Walker Place
