National Night Out 2025 is set for Tuesday, October 14, with
gatherings taking place across Chattanooga neighborhoods and a citywide
host event at Silverdale Baptist Church.
National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that’s intended
to strengthen relationships between community members and law enforcement
while encouraging neighbors to connect with one another to create safer,
more united neighborhoods.
The Chattanooga Police Department (CPD) will participate in events at 11
locations within its jurisdiction. Each site will feature family-friendly
activities and opportunities for residents to meet CPD officers and public
safety partners in their community. Event times vary by location. Please

Time: 5:00 – 7:30 p.m.
Residents are encouraged to attend the event in their neighborhood.
Members of the media are invited to cover the host site event at Silverdale
Baptist Church and speak with CPD representatives and community organizers.
