Shooting - 7600 block Standifer Gap Road

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. –  The Chattanooga Police Department (CPD) is
investigating a shooting reported Sunday afternoon after a 15-year-old male
victim with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound arrived at a local
hospital around 2:19 p.m. on October 5, 2025.

CPD's Homicide Unit responded to conduct the investigation. Preliminary
information suggests the shooting occurred between 2:00 and 3:00 a.m. on
October 5th in the area of the 7600 block of Standifer Gap Road.

This information is preliminary and is subject to change as the
