CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. – The Chattanooga Police Department (CPD) arrested a
second suspect in the August 8, 2025 homicide that occurred in the 7700
block of Lee Highway.
Hallie Michelle Thomas (DOB: 09/02/1989) is charged with one count of
criminal homicide in the death of 43-year-old Alvin Davis Jr. She was
arrested and taken to the Hamilton County Jail.
