Missing Endangered Person - Alexas Pump

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. * –* Chattanooga Police Department's Missing Persons
Unit is requesting assistance with locating a missing endangered person,
18-year-old Alexas Pump.

E. 11th Street has officially reopened following a closure caused by a
tractor trailer striking a railroad bridge. The road was closed while
Norfolk Southern and CDOT conducted thorough inspections to ensure the
safety of the structure. With inspections now complete and the necessary
precautions in place, traffic on E. 11th Street has resumed as normal. We
thank the public for their patience during this process.

E 11th Street at the Norfolk Southern bridge is closed due to a
tractor-trailer striking the bridge. The road will remain closed until
Norfolk Southern and CDOT are able to inspect the bridge.

CHATTANOOGA, TN – The Citywide Services Division would like to remind
residents that the leaf pickup service will end on April 11, 2025. To date,
over 3,000 tons of leaves have been collected thanks to the efforts of our
dedicated team. We encourage all residents to have their leaves ready for
pickup before the service concludes. After April 11, leaf collection will
no longer be available, so please make sure to take advantage of this
opportunity while it lasts.


 

Chattanooga, TN - Chattanooga firefighters responded to Koch Foods Inc. in Lookout Valley
Friday afternoon after several workers found themselves in a sticky
situation. 

Chattanooga, Tenn. (April 4, 2025) - This afternoon the Mayor's Office
learned that Chattanooga received a letter dated February 7th informing
city government that city data was affected by the Nationwide Recovery

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. – On April 4, 2025, at 2:30 a.m., Chattanooga Police
responded to a person shot call in the 1800 block of Broad Street.  Upon
arrival, the officers found a 26-year-old man with non-life-threatening
injuries.

Chattanooga Fire and Hamilton County EMS responded to the scene.  EMS
transported the man to a local hospital.

CPD's Homicide Unit responded to conduct the investigation and the Crime
Scene Unit responded to process the crime scene.

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. – Chattanooga Police Department's Missing Persons
Unit is requesting assistance with locating a missing endangered person,
18-year-old Alexas Pump.

Alexas Pump left home around 12:40 p.m. today wearing a
red hoodie, blue/gray pants, and pink shoes.  Ms. Pump may not have the
ability to return home without assistance.
